Rogaland Ressurssenter (RRS) is a business development company in the haugesund region which offers help and guidance to entrepreneurs who wish to start up their own business.

We offer a wide range of services, including business counselling, entrepreneur workshops, office space and facilities. Through our network, and by virtue of the agreements we have with both Karmøy Kommune and Siva, we help innovative companies to access markets, strategic partners and venture capital. We also provide project management services for both the private and public sectors with particular expertise in the following areas; industrial development, renewable energy, aquaculture, community development and women entrepreneurship.

RRS offers a soft landing service for foreign SMEs who wish to develop or establish their business in Norway.  We can provide you with access to office space as well as our in-house services, assistance in organising meetings, access to a wide range of networks, information on local industry and the services available -  all of which will facilitate a  smooth establishment of your business here .
